THE STORY
What the harvest gathered
DDE has been operating for twelve years. Chapter One: The First Harvest is the first time the full team paused together to look at what the year produced.
Every team member presented their year in their own words: what they shipped, what worked, what was difficult, and what they need next. We looked at the performance, the growth, the results, and the honest reflections side by side. The work that landed and the lessons that came with it.
That whole picture, gathered in one room and one day, is the harvest. The afternoon closed at Olumo Rock with the team together. That is the day we are taking into Chapter Two.

PART ONE
The review at the lounge
Eight team members, eight honest year-one reports, presentations on screen, lanyards on. The formal half of the day.

After the review, we went to Olumo Rock
After the formal review, we drove up to Olumo Rock. We sat together on the grass, ate, played games, and had serious fun. The team-bonding half of the day, just the eight of us.

The eight who built Year One
Taiwo Oladokun
Founder and Creative Director
The founder. Started DDE in 2014. Built it from one person to a team of eight. Sets the direction, signs off the work, holds the standard.
Samuel Daodu
Brand and Graphics
The brand identity, logo system, product covers, social graphics, and website visuals all come from Samuel. If it looks DDE, he made it look DDE.
Kosironu
Video Editor
Turns raw clips and voice notes into the TYSK videos and explainers that go online. Built the editing workflow we run on now.
Tresh
Social Media Manager
Runs DDE on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook. Took the social presence from scattered to scheduled in twelve months.
Chiamaka Mbah
LinkedIn Manager
Owns the DDE LinkedIn page and the founder voice. Built the LinkedIn Operating System we run client-side now.
Opeyemi Bello
Research Assistant
Supports client projects across dissertations, essays, reports, and literature reviews. Hand-in-hand with the academic deliverables that ship Ready.
Sotex
Production Manager
Cameras, microphones, lighting, scheduling. Makes sure the recording happens so the content can happen.
Ronke Aderoju
Operations Support
Client tracking, invoices, follow-ups, Monday briefings, project numbering. Holds the engine room together.
