Two screens. Two different answers.
One says congratulations, you have been offered admission. The other says no admission has been given yet.
You accepted on CAPS. You saw your name, your school and your course. Then you went to print the letter, picked your year, and the page told you there is nothing there. So now you are wondering whether the admission was ever real.
It was real. This guide explains what an undisclosed admission offer is, why the two pages disagree when your admission came through JAMB regularization, and what to do about it in 2026.
What an Undisclosed Admission Offer Means
If your admission came through JAMB regularization, CAPS does not display it the way it displays a normal offer. It shows an Undisclosed Admission Offer, often with the letters CUIA or CUIIA beside it.
Those letters stand for Condonement of Undisclosed Illegal Institutional Admission.
The word illegal frightens people. It is not about you. It describes an admission your school gave without JAMB, and condonement is JAMB agreeing to regularise it.
JAMB has said plainly that the point of applying is to secure the admission legally and process the admission letter. So if that screen is what you are seeing, the route is working.
Why the Two Pages Disagree
CAPS and eFacility are not the same system.
CAPS is where the offer sits and where you accept it. The letter is printed from your eFacility profile. The record has to move from one to the other, and it does not always move on its own.
That gap is the whole problem. Your admission can be sitting on CAPS, accepted and correct, while the printing service still cannot see it.
Check the Year on the Printing Page First
Open the printing page and look at the year dropdown before anything else.
If more than one year is listed, try the others. A regularized admission does not always sit under the year you originally wrote.
Look at the wording too. If the only option says REGULAR, that is the normal UTME record, and a condonement admission does not live there.
This costs nothing and rules out the simplest cause in under a minute.
Refresh Your Admission from CAPS
On your eFacility admission status page there is an option to refresh your admission from CAPS.
It exists for exactly this. The page itself tells you to use it if you accepted on CAPS and your admission has not updated on eFacility.
Tick it, refresh, then try printing again. For many candidates that is the whole fix.
When It Is Your Institution, Not You
If the year is right and the refresh changes nothing, your institution has not uploaded and disclosed the record to JAMB.
Go to your admissions or records office and ask them to confirm they have done it. Ask for a date.
Then raise a ticket at support.jamb.gov.ng with your registration number and screenshots of both screens. The two screenshots together are the fastest way to explain a problem nobody can see from their side.
Do Not Pay While the Error Is Showing
This is the part that costs people money.
If the page says no admission has been given, paying does not create one. You will have spent the money and you will still have no letter.

One Student, This Week
A student messaged us with both screens open. CAPS said congratulations. The printing page said no admission has been given yet.
She had one year in the dropdown, labelled REGULAR, so the year was not it. By the next morning eFacility had caught up on its own, and the admission was showing, approved two days earlier.
The record moved. It just did not move when she needed it to.
Your Final Check Before You Print
Confirm the school, course and year on CAPS before you accept anything, because accepting on CAPS cannot be undone.

Refresh your admission from CAPS.
Screenshot both pages before you contact anybody.
And do not pay while the error is still on the screen. The letter is coming. Give the record time to catch up.
One more reason this matters: an admission that is never properly reflected with JAMB resurfaces years later, usually at NYSC mobilisation, through the matriculation list. Sorting it now is cheaper than sorting it then.
